String cutter

Abstract

This product is a string cutter for safely cutting packing strings, PP bands, films, etc., by gripping the handle. This product comprises a handle, a cutting section, and a blade. The cutting section has a roughly V-shaped notch that extends from the handle towards the tip to guide the string, and the back of the blade is housed above the notch. The blade has a flat surface and an edge, the edge extending in the left-right direction in the front view. The flat surface of the blade is exposed for a long distance from the end of the blade's edge toward the tip of the cutting section. This ensures that the distance from when the blade starts cutting the object until it is completely cut, that is, the distance from the end of the blade's edge to the tip (wall) of the notch in the cutting section, is sufficient, allowing even wide and hard objects such as PP bands to be easily cut.
