Abstract

This product encloses the area around protected or hazardous objects such as column 1 (recessed column), preventing entry or intrusion into the enclosed space. This product comprises four vertically extending support columns and four fence walls positioned to straddle each of these columns, forming an enclosure that is approximately square in plan view, within which the aforementioned protected or hazardous objects are placed. In this product, one of the fence walls constitutes the opening and closing door of the enclosure, while the other three fence walls constitute the side walls of the enclosure excluding the opening and closing door. The fence wall that serves as the opening and closing door is connected to one of the support columns it straddles via a hinge, and the other three fence walls are connected to two support columns each they straddle. Each fence wall is constructed with a mesh (net-like structure) arranged within a rectangular outer frame, and within the outer frame of the fence wall that serves as the opening and closing door, two transverse frames are provided vertically on the inward side in the vertical direction. The two transverse frames are connected to the vertical members of the outer frame of the fence wall, which is an opening and closing door, in a parallel manner with a gap between them. A locking mechanism is provided to lock and unlock both the upper and lower transverse frames of the fence wall and the support post on the side from which the opening and closing end of the fence wall moves closer to and further away from each other. Other fence walls (fence walls that are not opening and closing doors) are each provided with one transverse frame, and each of these transverse frames is connected to the two vertical members of the outer frame of the fence wall, straddling the vertical members at the height between the two transverse frames of the aforementioned opening and closing door fence wall. In this article, the upper portion of each support post extends further upward than the upper end of each fence wall. Each of these upper portions is inclined outward as it extends upward, and multiple strands of barbed wire are associated with the upper portion of each support post. Each barbed wire is connected to the upper part of each support post and runs around the circumferential direction of the article, extending in a straight line between adjacent posts in the circumferential direction of the article. These multiple barbed wires are arranged parallel to each other with spacing in the vertical direction, and these multiple barbed wires and the upper parts of each support post demarcate an internal space that widens towards the top.Furthermore, the lower portion of each support post extends below the lower end of each fence wall. This lower portion of each support post is used to fix the product to the installation surface by embedding it in a foundation block integrated with the installation surface when placing the product on the installation surface. When this lower portion of each support post is fixed to the foundation block on the installation surface, there will be a small gap between the lower end of each fence wall and the installation surface or the top surface of the foundation block. The width spacing (horizontal length) between the support posts where the fence walls are placed is approximately 1000 mm, the vertical length of the straight portion extending from the lower end of each support post to the upper portion (including the lower portion) is approximately 2450 mm, and the length of the lower portion is approximately 400 mm. The upper portion of each support post is approximately 450 mm long and is inclined outward at an angle of approximately 150 degrees relative to the lower portion.
