Abstract
This image is an information display image used to aggregate and analyze financial information entered into accounting software operating on the cloud, and to display evaluations based on the results. As shown in the image, the sales and profit graphs display both actual sales and future forecasts, with the actual graph being darker and the future forecast graph being lighter. In addition, as shown in Image 1, which shows a changed state, the breakdown of gross profit and cost of goods sold can be displayed in different colors. As shown in Image 2, which shows a changed state, the breakdown of operating profit, selling and administrative expenses, and cost of goods sold can be displayed in different colors. As shown in Image 3, which shows a changed state, the breakdown of pre-tax profit, non-core business expenses, selling and administrative expenses, and cost of goods sold can be displayed in different colors. Furthermore, in the graphs displaying these breakdowns, lines connecting the boundaries of the breakdowns of adjacent bar graphs are also displayed. This makes it easy for users to grasp changes in sales, including the breakdowns. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 4-7 and 8-11 illustrating the changed state, it is also possible to display last year's sales figures alongside this year's actual and projected sales figures. In this case, sales figures are displayed in a single color without color-coding them by breakdown such as gross profit, cost of goods sold, operating profit, and selling and administrative expenses. This prioritizes visual clarity, making it easier for users to intuitively grasp the comparison between this year's and last year's sales figures. Figures 4-7, illustrating the changed state, display monthly sales figures as cumulative values, while Figures 8-11, illustrating the changed state, display monthly sales figures as monthly values. Thus, it is possible to switch between displaying monthly sales figures as cumulative values and monthly values. Figures 1-12 are enlarged views of the parts of the figures and Figures 1-11, respectively, for which design registration is sought.
