Abstract

This image is an information display image used to aggregate and analyze financial information entered into accounting software operating on the cloud, and to display evaluations based on the results. As shown in the image diagram, the top section displays a summary of the financial situation, showing values ​​such as cash balance, sales, and profit; the middle section displays quantitative trend graphs showing actual and projected figures for cash balance, sales, and profit; and the bottom section displays the evaluation (judgment) and countermeasures (actions). By looking at the summary in the top section, users can immediately grasp the overall picture of the current financial situation; by looking at the quantitative trend graphs in the middle section, they can confirm the analytical perspective; and by looking at the evaluation (judgment) and countermeasures (actions) in the bottom section, they can make decisions and take the next actions. In this way, the summary, actual and projected trend graphs, evaluation and countermeasures are displayed in a tile-like arrangement, and the layout is designed to be easy to read and judge by flowing from top to bottom, allowing users to accurately grasp the current financial situation and easily make decisions and take the next actions. Note that the values, characters, and numbers displayed on the graph will change to various values, characters, and numbers as shown in Reference Figures 1-3, which illustrate the usage status.
