Abstract

This item is a plate for a chute scraper. This chute scraper plate (hereinafter simply referred to as "the plate") is a component of a chute scraper, and the chute scraper described herein is a chute scraper for scraping off fresh concrete remaining on a chute, and can also be used for cleaning the chute. When constructing a chute scraper using this plate, a handle is attached to the plate using bolts. The plate includes a semicircular flat section and a rectangular bent section bent at a right angle to it. The flat section is responsible for scraping and cleaning the chute, and the bent section is for increasing the strength of the plate. In particular, the arc-shaped portion of the flat section is for scraping fresh concrete from a chute with a U-shaped cross-section. The flat section and the bent section each have one hole for attaching a handle using bolts. Reference perspective view 1, showing the state of use, shows an overall overview of the plate. Reference perspective views 2 to 4, showing the state of use, show variations in how the handle is attached to the plate. Reference perspective view 2 shows a configuration suitable for scraping and cleaning fresh concrete remaining on a chute with a U-shaped cross-section, and the hole in the bent section is for hanging it on a hanging bracket during storage. Reference perspective view 3 shows the configuration when the chute scraper is set up like a shovel. Reference perspective view 4 also shows a configuration suitable for scraping and cleaning fresh concrete remaining on a chute.
