Gusset material for school backpacks

Abstract

This design is a gusset member that constitutes the stationery storage compartment for notebooks, books, etc. in a school bag. The gusset member has the bottom surface of the stationery storage compartment in the center and gusset walls on either side facing each other. The gusset member of this design is distributed in a strip-like state as shown in the unfolded reference diagram. During the school bag manufacturing process, the left and right gusset walls are raised to face each other, forming an upward-facing U-shape as shown in the front view. Then, the front panel (also called the front section) is sewn to the front and the back panel to the rear, forming a stationery storage compartment that opens at the top.
