Graphical user interface for medical imaging systems

Abstract

The display screen or portion thereof, which has a GUI, is intended for use in medical imaging systems such as magnetic resonance (MR) imaging devices. The GUI displays information about the scan environment, such as PA coil position, coil connection status (on / off / error), and patient placement. The user can control the scan position based on the displayed information by adjusting the positions of landmarks and crosshairs. When the user operates, landmarks and crosshairs are displayed on the GUI, and can be manually set / adjusted, or assisted by algorithms.
