Percussion instruments

Abstract

This item is a metal percussion instrument. It is tubular with open ends, and as shown in the enlarged reference diagram, uneven hammer marks are visible across its entire surface, formed by striking with a hammer. To use it, a string is inserted through a through-hole formed between the top and middle sections. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the instrument in use, the string is suspended from a stand or held in the hand, and the instrument is struck with a mallet or similar tool to produce sound.
