Abstract

This product is a training machine. The slider at the front of the seat is slidable in the front-to-back direction along two upper and lower slide bars. The lower end of the central footrest pedal at the rear of the slider is rotatable around a front-to-back axis. Footrest plates are positioned on both the left and right sides of the central footrest pedal. In the initial state, with the slider positioned at the rear end of the slide bar, place your feet on the footrest plates on both sides. Then, place one foot on the central footrest pedal and twist your foot from side to side while moving the slider back and forth along the slide bar.
