Wiring box

Abstract

The article relating to the present design is a wiring box for mounting switches, outlets, etc., on a wall surface. To locate the position of a piping box installed within the wall, a magnet, which is detected by a magnetic detector from the wall surface side, is held in the center of the front opening of the wiring box by a magnet holder. As shown in "Perspective View 5" and "Perspective View 6", the magnet holder extends from the rear wall of the wiring box toward the front and has four gripping parts that grip the magnet from four directions: up, down, left, and right. Rectangular strips of aluminum tape are attached to the left and right end regions of the front opening of the wiring box, as shown in "Perspective View 1", "Perspective View 2", "Reference Perspective View 1 with aluminum tape removed", and "Reference Perspective View 2 with aluminum tape removed".
