Gusset material for school backpacks

Abstract

This design is a gusset component that forms the stationery storage compartment for notebooks, books, etc., in a school bag. The gusset component has the bottom surface of the stationery storage compartment in the center and gusset walls on either side facing each other. The gusset component of this design is distributed in a strip-like form as shown in the unfolded reference diagram. During the school bag manufacturing process, the left and right gusset walls are raised to face each other, forming an upward-facing U-shape as shown in the front view. Then, the front panel (also called the front section) is sewn to the front and the back panel to the rear, forming a stationery storage compartment with an opening at the top.
