This image is for displaying information to support real estate management operations. In real estate management operations (primarily settlement operations for billing and payment of rent, management fees, advance payments, etc.), the calculation method for each expense item that needs to be settled differs depending on the property and the owner. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly link (settlement settings) the information for each expense item and its calculation method. This image reduces settlement errors by displaying all the information necessary for such settlement settings on a single screen. Specifically, in "Display Section 1" of the "Image Diagram," after the user selects the "Settlement Expense Item" they wish to display and presses the Confirm button, the screen transitions to "Image 1 Showing Changed State." In "Display Section 2" of "Image 1 Showing Changed State," after the user selects the "Calculation Source Expense Item" (each expense item related to the aforementioned calculation method) they wish to display and presses the Confirm button, the screen transitions to "Image 2 Showing Changed State." In "Display Unit 3" and "Display Unit 4" of "Image 2 showing the changed state," the user selects the "Settlement Expense Item" and "Calculation Source Expense Item" that they wish to link, then presses the "Link Button," and finally presses the "Confirm Button" to complete the settlement settings.
