Cartridge container

Abstract

This product is a cartridge container used, for example, in semiconductor manufacturing to remove impurities from liquids such as water, aqueous solutions, and organic solvents. When in use, a filtering component is placed inside the product, liquid is drawn in from one end, and the liquid from which impurities have been removed is supplied from the other. The product has a projection on the intermediate cap 1, which prevents the filtering component from shifting due to the water flow. The product is detachable, and different types of filtering components corresponding to different types of impurities can be placed in each section. In this case, a single cartridge using this product can handle multiple types of impurities.
