Portable traffic signal light

Abstract

This product is a portable LED traffic signal light for use at road construction sites and the like. This product is designed for use with two signal lights, each consisting of multiple surface-mount LEDs of the same color arranged on a circuit board to form an electrical circuit. This product is powered by connecting to a mobile battery via a power cord (not shown) extending from the outside of the housing, for example. A hand switch located in the middle of the power cord allows the electrical circuit to be switched between powering one signal light on, off, and powering the other signal light, thereby switching the display between red light on, off, and blue light on. For example, this product with a red LED can be stored in one of the two storage compartments located on the top and bottom of the front of a vest worn by traffic controllers at road construction sites, and this product with a blue LED can be stored in the other compartment.
