Abstract

The design relating to this application is an operating image used for a measuring instrument called a 2-channel instrumentation conditioner (product name), which has a function to detect physical quantities such as loads acting between two points on a rolling mill or press machine using a strain gauge type transducer, process the detected load signal with high speed and high resolution, and display the load value and sum / difference calculations between channels on a display screen for direct reading. In addition to the high-speed calculation processing function, the main functions include a touch panel and a simple design with icons and menus that enables intuitive operation. It is used for load monitoring and quality control of press machines and the like. When started up, a "measurement screen" (not shown) is displayed, but when the menu key on the "measurement screen" is tapped, the main setting items of Reference Diagram (hereinafter simply abbreviated as "Reference Diagram") 1, which shows the usage status, are displayed. There are a total of 9 setting items (measurement value setting, output setting, display setting, setting pattern, communication setting, abnormal log setting, check, data, environment setting). In Figure 1, tapping the down key ▼ moves to the next page, and tapping the up key ▲ moves to the next page. You can then display any item, and tapping the desired item, such as "Measurement Value Settings," will display the "Measurement Value Settings" item in "Any Item" in Figure 2. In this setting, the background color (header color) and icon color of "Any Item" are unified to a specific color (e.g., blue), as shown in Figures 1 and 2, to prevent confusion during operation. In Figure 2, tap the down key ▼ to move to the next page, and the up key ▲ to move to the next page, displaying each setting item (calibration, filter, digital zero, zero tracking, etc.), and tapping the desired item to configure the screen settings. In the screens of Figures 1 and 2, tapping the "Measurement Screen" key switches to the "Measurement Screen," allowing you to directly read the measured values ​​and calculated values.
