Abstract

The design relating to this application is an error display image for a measuring instrument called a 2-channel instrumentation conditioner (product name), which has the function of detecting physical quantities such as load acting between two points on a rolling mill or press machine using a strain gauge type transducer, processing the detected load signal with high speed and high resolution, and displaying the load value and the sum / difference calculation results between channels on a display screen for direct reading, as well as a function to display the error status when an error occurs during operation. The main functions of this measuring instrument include a high-speed calculation processing function for load values, the adoption of a touch panel, and intuitive operation enabled by a simple design of icons and menus. In particular, it has a function to notify the error status, countermeasures, and error details when an error occurs during operation. Its application is to monitor the load on press machines, rolling mills, etc., and to be used for quality control. The moment an error occurs during measurement, an error warning mark, error details, countermeasures, etc. are displayed as shown in Reference Figure 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as "Reference Figure"), which shows the usage status. Tapping the "Close" button in Reference Figure 2 changes the display screen to Reference Figure 1. Tapping the "Error Button" in the upper left of Figure 1 will return to the screen shown in Figure 2. This "Error Button" displays the number of errors, allowing you to see the current error status at a glance. If multiple errors occur, a toggle button for viewing the details of multiple errors is located in the upper left of Figure 2, allowing for quick switching by tapping the left or right button. Tapping the "Error Details" button shown in Figure 2 will switch the screen to display more detailed error information and solutions than those shown in Figure 2.
