Exhaust gas mixing device

Abstract

This product is an exhaust gas mixing device installed in an exhaust pipe that guides exhaust gas toward a catalytic denitrification device, and mixes the exhaust gas with ammonia, which is produced by the hydrolysis of urea solution injected from a urea solution injection nozzle. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the names of each part, it is installed inside the exhaust pipe upstream of the urea solution injection nozzle, and comprises a cone whose apex is located upstream of the exhaust gas flow and whose axis is aligned with the axis of the exhaust pipe, and spiral vanes arranged on the side of the cone, which swirl the exhaust gas to promote mixing with ammonia.
