Pressure reducing valve

Abstract

This product is a diaphragm-type pressure reducing valve that reduces the pressure of fluid flowing in from the primary joint (left side in the front view) on the main body to a desired pressure, and then discharges the reduced-pressure fluid from the secondary joint (bottom side in the front view). This product allows the flow rate and pressure of the fluid discharged from the secondary side to be adjusted by turning the handle (right side in the front view) while referring to the value on the pressure gauge (dashed line). The end of the primary joint is connected to a joint on the paint supply device side, for example, and the end of the secondary joint is connected to a joint on the painting device side, for example, a spray gun. The primary joint can be attached to and detached from the main body by rotating it around its axis, and when the primary joint is attached, a hexagonal nut-shaped bulge on the primary joint abuts against the end of the main body, preventing further tightening of the primary joint.
