Abstract

This product is used for hydroponics and, as shown in the reference end view A-A' illustrating the function of each part, comprises a cultivation tank, piping, a storage tank, a rotary joint, and a pump. The cultivation tank is a cylindrical body with a vertical central axis, and has multiple holes on its sides for supporting the plants to be cultivated. The top of the cultivation tank is connected to piping, which also serves as a support column, via a rotary joint, and a valve for storing or discharging the nutrient solution is provided at the bottom of the cultivation tank. As shown in the reference end view illustrating the state of use, plants are planted on the sides of the cultivation tank. The plant roots are located inside the cultivation tank, and the rest of the plant is planted so that it extends outside through the holes. The nutrient solution, supplied from the piping, is supplied to the inside of the cultivation tank from the top, passes over the plant roots and their vicinity in the form of foam or liquid, and is discharged from the bottom. The nutrient solution in the form of foam or liquid inside the cultivation tank may remain in the tank. In this product, the nutrient solution may be used in a recyclable manner. Specifically, as shown in the reference end view illustrating the usage, the culture solution can be pumped up from the storage tank, supplied to the cultivation tank via piping, and then returned to the storage tank after passing through the cultivation tank and being discharged from the bottom of the tank.
