Deck replacement machine

Abstract

The "article relating to the design" of this design registration application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is a deck slab replacement machine that performs a series of operations related to the removal and installation of deck slabs of expressways and the like (hereinafter referred to as "deck slab replacement"). The Application shows an embodiment (connected specification) for efficiently replacing deck slabs over longer distances, with two sets of legs consisting of four legs each, but it can also be assembled to use only one set of legs (single specification) to suit site conditions. The legs of the Application are equipped with a steel wheel lifting mechanism, which allows the crane to be kept horizontal even on complex road surface gradients. A lifting device is provided on the girder section that spans between the legs, and the rotation mechanism of the lifting device enables smooth transfer of deck slabs.
