Deck replacement machine

Abstract

The "article relating to the design" of this design registration application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is a deck slab replacement machine that performs a series of operations related to the removal and installation of deck slabs of expressways and the like (hereinafter referred to as "deck slab replacement"). The Application consists of a leg section made up of four legs, a girder section extending from the leg section, and a support section positioned opposite the leg section to support the girder section. However, it can also be assembled in a modified form (connected specification) to efficiently perform deck slab replacement over longer distances according to site conditions. The support section can be folded and stored in the direction of the girder. The leg section of the Application is equipped with a steel wheel lifting mechanism, which allows the crane to be kept horizontal even on complex road surface gradients. The girder section is provided with a lifting device, and the rotation mechanism of the lifting device enables smooth transfer of deck slabs.
