Abstract

The graphical user interface (GUI) shown in each image displays the time. The elliptical index (the scale representing the time) and the surrounding elliptical pattern change into a circle at the top of every hour, visually notifying the user of the exact time. This GUI changes automatically from the image shown to the final image shown in Figure 6.
