Abstract
The image relating to the present design is an information display image used to check the waveform and accuracy changes of the film sheet thickness in a film sheet thickness control device. From each display section of this image, the results of graphs of measurement data from a thickness gauge can be viewed. The "Reference Diagrams Showing the Names of Each Part" and the "Reference Diagrams Showing the Usage State" illustrate examples of use. The "Thickness Waveform Display Section After Stretching" is a graph display section that shows the thickness in the width direction of the film sheet after stretching. The latest thickness data in the width direction of the film sheet and past thickness data in the width direction of the film sheet are displayed overlaid, making it a graph display section that allows for a quick grasp of the overall thickness waveform of the film sheet. The "Thickness Waveform Display Section Before Stretching" has the same specifications as the "Thickness Waveform Display Section After Stretching" and is a graph display section that shows the thickness in the width direction of the film sheet before stretching. The "Control Width Display Section" is a graph display section that divides and displays the deviation to the target thickness value of the film sheet for each control width of actuators such as heat bolts used to control the thickness of the film sheet in the thickness control device. The "Control Output Display Unit" is a display unit that shows a graph representing the control output of the actuator of the thickness control device. The "R Value Transition Display Unit" is a display unit that shows a graph representing the difference in measurement data (i.e., thickness accuracy) relative to the target thickness value.
