Abstract

This product is a device for restoring the sharpness of a meat processing machine blade, which is attached to the end of a movable arm in a meat processing machine and cuts meat as the arm moves. In the front view, the meat processing machine blade is rubbed horizontally from right to left or left to right against the intersection of two round bars arranged to intersect in an X shape. This removes fat and other deposits from the meat processing machine blade, and the roughness of the surface of the round bars roughens the cutting edge of the meat processing machine blade, thereby restoring the sharpness of the blade.
