Lid of a packaging container

Abstract

This article is a lid that is fitted to the mouth of a container that holds powdered food such as "furikake" (rice seasoning). This article comprises a main body that is fitted to the mouth of the container and two upper lids that are connected to the main body via hinges so as to be openable and closable. The main body has an upper plate. On one side of the upper plate, which corresponds to one upper lid, there are a number of small holes that run vertically, and on the other side, which corresponds to the other upper lid, there is a single large hole that runs vertically. On the aforementioned one side, the outer edge of the main body that is exposed when one upper lid is opened has a number of inclined surfaces that run intermittently along the circumferential direction. When one upper lid is opened, the powder on the upper plate falls into the container through the through hole, and the powder remaining on the upper plate slides down the number of intermittent inclined surfaces and is discharged outside the product. On the aforementioned other side, the large hole is opened and closed by the other upper lid.
