Abstract

This product is a machine for smoothing hip joint movement and adjusting the pelvic girdle. As shown in the enlarged right side view, it comprises an L-shaped frame in side view, a seat with a backrest provided at the front of the frame, a weight section provided on the rear side of the frame, two upper and lower slide rails provided at the front of the seat, a sliding section that moves along these slide rails, a footrest positioned on the seating side of the sliding section, and a tension member connecting the sliding section and the weight section at the bottom of the seat. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the state of use, the user sits sideways with one leg between the seat and back of the seat, places the other leg on the footrest in front, and repeats the action of pushing the sliding section along the slide rail while rotating the footrest, and returning the footrest due to the load of the weight section, thereby adjusting the pelvic girdle.
