Rail fastening bolts

Abstract

The article relating to this design is a rail fastening bolt used to fasten a rail to a support structure such as a sleeper using a leaf spring, as shown in the reference diagrams illustrating the function of each part. As shown in the reference diagrams illustrating the function of each part, an adjustment washer is inserted between the washer retainer and the leaf spring of this rail fastening bolt. As shown in reference diagram 1 illustrating the state of use, the rail fastening bolt is fixed to the support structure by attaching a flanged nut to the male thread during rail fastening work and rotating the flanged nut. As shown in reference diagram 2 illustrating the state of use, the flanged nut is lifted and the leaf spring is pushed down during rail fastening work, and as shown in reference diagram 3 illustrating the state of use, the adjustment washer is inserted into the gap formed between the pushed-down leaf spring and the washer retainer to fasten the rail to the support structure, and the flanged nut is removed from the male thread after the rail fastening work is completed.
