Ear warmers

Abstract

This product is a disposable ear warmer, as shown in the reference diagram illustrating its use. The thin lines are for identifying the shape of the three-dimensional surface. As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional reference diagram of section AA, the heating element is formed by sandwiching it between two sheet-like layers made of nonwoven fabric or similar material. The third sheet layer acts as an ear loop guide. The edges of the first and second layers are welded together along the outer shape, as shown in the front reference diagram showing the welded area. As shown in the rear reference diagram showing the welded area, the third layer has an unwelded section. This product can be attached using the procedure shown in the reference diagram for attaching the product. The unwelded section of the third layer makes it easy to insert into the ear when attaching it.
