Cartridge container

Abstract

This product is a cartridge container used, for example, in semiconductor manufacturing to remove impurities from liquids such as water, aqueous solutions, and organic solvents. When in use, a filtration component is placed inside the product; liquid is drawn in from one end, and the liquid with impurities removed is supplied from the other. This product is detachable, and each section can accommodate different types of filtration components corresponding to different types of impurities. In this case, a single cartridge using this product can handle multiple types of impurities. The bottom section is a lid for the bottom of the cartridge container, used for liquid inflow and outflow.
