Graphical user interface for non-destructive material testing equipment

Abstract

This image displays the details of a selected test station (in this case, "S1 Station 1") from among all the test stations configured in the non-destructive materials testing apparatus. Each test station is a separate mechanical test station and operates as a separate non-destructive materials testing apparatus. This image displays the "Reference" data ("REF"). This is data for a part known to be a good product. This data represents the electromagnetic properties of a good "reference" part, measured at different frequencies and displayed in one xy coordinate system for each frequency. The frequency and the number of frequencies are adjustable. The ellipse represents the range in which a good product is acceptable, i.e., the "acceptable range". "Fundamental" shows the excitation frequency data, and this row shows data for eight frequencies in this case. "3. Harmonics" shows the data for the third harmonic frequencies (harmonics) of the excitation frequency when the excitation signal is distorted by the part under test. Which harmonics are evaluated is adjustable. The blue box highlights the frequency with the largest deviation from the average value of the selected part.
