Abstract

This article is an electrical equipment mounting device, used, for example, to mount lighting fixtures to walls or ceilings. As shown in the "Reference Perspective View Showing Usage," "Reference Front View Showing the Names of Each Part," "Reference Cross-Sectional View Showing the Names of Each Part," and "Reference Enlarged View Showing the Names of Each Part," this article comprises a locking groove located on the outer circumferential surface of the article, a locking projection protruding from the bottom of the locking groove, and a guide portion that guides the locking piece on the electrical equipment side into the locking groove. For example, when mounting a lighting fixture, first, the article is fixed to the wall with screws, and the lighting fixture is mounted so that the locking piece located on the inner circumferential surface of the lighting fixture fits into the locking groove of the article. Next, when the lighting fixture is rotated with the locking piece fitted into the locking groove, the locking piece slides along the locking groove, overcomes the locking projection, and reaches the end of the locking groove. This locks the locking piece in place, and the lighting fixture is fixed to the article. As shown in the "Reference Enlarged Diagram Showing the Names of Each Part," the guide section includes inclined surfaces 1 and 2 that guide the locking piece into the locking groove.
