Abstract
This product is a handheld scaffolding assembly tool used for assembling scaffolding at construction sites. It is a composite tool that can perform clamp fastening, binding wire cutting, and wire tying operations in an integrated manner. This product consists of a clamp ratchet wrench section located at one end of the tool body, a binding wire cutting section located in the middle of the tool body, a wire tying section extending to the other end of the tool body, and a grip section for holding these parts. The clamp ratchet wrench section is used for fastening clamps that secure scaffolding pipes and is located at the base end of the tool body, allowing fastening by rotation. The binding wire cutting section is a cutting blade located in the middle of the tool body, and is configured to grip and cut binding wires, and has a structure that opens and closes in conjunction with the operation of the tool. The wire tying section is an elongated part formed at the tip of the tool body, and has a tapered shape extending towards the tip, allowing for tying operations such as wrapping or twisting wires. Furthermore, the grip section is positioned from the center to the rear end of the tool body and has a gripping shape that bulges outwards on the outer circumference, allowing the user to hold it in their hand and perform various operations. This product integrates the functions of multiple tools that previously had to be carried separately during scaffolding assembly work into a single tool by integrating the clamping ratchet wrench section, the binding wire cutting section, the wire binding section, and the grip section, thereby improving work efficiency and portability.
