Abstract

The image design relating to this application is an image for displaying weight measurement information, which, when selected on the operation panel of a vehicle weighing scale used in the road traffic field for measuring vehicle weight and managing load weight, displays the accurate load value (wheel load) applied to each wheel of a vehicle. Its main applications include load weight management at construction sites, prevention of road damage due to overloading, and weight measurement of test vehicles and racing cars. When the wheel load mode is selected from the menu screen of the operation panel and the vehicle is placed and stopped with both wheels in the center of the load sensor (load cell), the weight of each wheel is displayed in real time. After the wheel load measurement value has stabilized, pressing the SET key confirms and displays the measurement result for each wheel load, and pressing the PRINT key prints and saves the measurement result of the wheel load. On the screen, in addition to the individual wheel loads, the axle load value, which is the sum of the left and right wheel loads, the total weight, which is the sum of all axle loads, and the "cross %" which indicates the left and right weight balance are calculated and displayed, making it easy to visually grasp the load balance of the vehicle.
