Abstract

The image design relating to this application is an image for displaying weight measurement information, which, when selected on the operation panel of a vehicle weighing scale used in the road traffic field for measuring vehicle weight and managing load weight, displays the accurate load value (axle load value) applied to each axle of a vehicle. Its main applications include load weight management at construction sites, prevention of road damage due to overloading, and weight measurement of test vehicles and racing cars. By selecting the axle load mode from the menu screen of the operation panel and setting it to display mode, the weight of each axle is displayed in real time when both wheels of the vehicle are placed in the center of the load detector (load cell) and the vehicle is stopped. After the axle load measurement value has stabilized, the measurement result for each axle load is finalized by pressing the SET key, and further, the measurement result of the axle load is printed and saved by pressing the PRINT key. On the screen, in addition to the individual axle loads, the total weight calculated by adding up the total weight for all axles and the "cross %" indicating the left-right weight balance are calculated and displayed, making it easy to visually grasp the load balance of the vehicle.
