Abstract

This article is an attachment for holding multiple wires (e.g., wiring bundles) in a long groove provided in a predetermined location (e.g., ceiling) in railways, vehicles, aluminum frame devices, structures, etc., and comprises a wiring receiver, a support column, an arrow portion, a wing portion, and a hole portion. The wiring receiver extends along the longitudinal direction and is formed in a curved shape along the short direction, functioning as a seat for receiving a portion of various wiring bundles. The support column is composed of a pair of plate-like structures and extends outward from the center of the curved bulge surface of the wiring receiver. The arrow portion is provided on each of the pair of support columns and is used for holding against the long groove. The wing portion extends from the center of the outer surface of the pair of support columns in the left-right direction and has a flange shape that forms a predetermined spring mechanism. It abuts against the surface of the predetermined location and, in relation to the arrow portion that catches in the long groove, is used for holding against that location. The hole portion is a through hole formed between the central part of the connection between the wiring receiver and the pair of support columns. Here, the method of using this product will be explained in detail. As shown in Reference Perspective Diagram 1, which shows the state of use, first, the user places the wiring bundle in the wiring receiver and secures it by passing a cable tie through the outer circumference of the wiring bundle and the hole in this product to hold the wiring bundle in the wiring receiver. Next, as shown in Reference Perspective Diagram 2, which shows the state of use, the user pushes the arrow-shaped part of this product into the long groove, so that the arrow-shaped part of this product enters the long groove and gets caught, as shown in Reference Perspective Diagram 3 and Reference Front View 1, which show the state of use. At this point, the wing-shaped part of this product contacts the outer surface forming the long groove in response to the catch of the arrow-shaped part, allowing the product to be held appropriately in the long groove. Note that the wiring bundle may be held with a cable tie after the arrow-shaped part of this product is held in the long groove. Furthermore, as shown in Reference Front View 2 illustrating the usage state, in this product, even if the groove width of the long groove is changed from the first groove width A1 to the second groove width A2, and even if the wall thickness of the long groove is changed from the first wall thickness B1 to the second wall thickness B2, the deflection of both the wing portion and the support portion is utilized to accommodate variations in groove width and wall thickness, allowing a wide range of dimensions to be accommodated with a single shape.Furthermore, although the holding force of this product may be relatively reduced by changing the groove width or wall thickness, the restoring force of the wing portion presses the arrow portion against the inner wall of the long groove, and a resistance force is generated at the contact surface between the arrow portion and the long groove, thus maintaining a stable holding state.
