Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a gate information management system, a server and a program for the system, and in particular to a gate information management system for a building, which, when setting (new registration, rewrite registration, etc.) key information corresponding to a smart lock in a private area and / or a door control device in a common area having an authentication function installed at the entrance to an apartment building or the like, can quickly provide key information for unlocking the gate to either an authorized setting company terminal or a user terminal via a network, and can set the key information in the door control device via these terminals, and the server and program for the gate information management system for the building. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, users (guests, residents, facility staff, company employees, etc.) who use the entrances of accommodation facilities, residential complexes, nursing homes, etc., generally carry smartphones, which are a typical example of communication terminals. For example, if a gate control device (an authentication-type door control device also known as a door control device, automatic door control device, electric lock system, door unlocking system, gate control device, etc.) is installed at the entrance to a common area, the smartphone can be used not only for private areas but also for key information for the entrance to the common area. For example, the entrances to the common areas of a residential apartment building, which is one example of a building, such as the entrance hall and elevators, are usually used by a specific and large number of people who live in the apartment building, while the entrances to each private area of each condominium owner in the building are used exclusively by people (users) who have the right to use those areas.
[0003] Therefore, for security reasons, it is necessary to use different authentication key information for the entrance's shared door control device and the private area's dedicated door control device (hereinafter also referred to as "smart lock"), which creates the problem that the registration process for the common area door control device and the private area's smart lock is cumbersome.
[0004] Therefore, it is desirable to be able to set key information to the door control device and smart lock quickly, regardless of whether the terminal is a user terminal or a setting company terminal, and regardless of the time when the key information is set. In particular, when moving in at the time of new construction of a building (when linking and registering multiple identification information in a new building), when a contractor with title sets key information to a smart lock using a setting company terminal, the reality is that the resident (user) living in the private area cannot freely borrow a smartphone (terminal with communication function) before moving in, so there is a problem that the setting company terminal cannot easily register key information for authentication of the private area or common area to the smart lock installed on the front door of the building.
[0005] On the other hand, when a new building is constructed, the first resident moves out, and the next resident moves into the vacant private area (when registering existing key information), it is desirable for the second and subsequent resident to be able to quickly register key information to the smart lock of the occupant's residence using the user terminal they own. In that case, if the user terminal can be used to easily set key information for not only the private area but also the common area, the convenience of the system will be improved.
[0006] The object of the invention of Patent Document 1 is to simplify the registration and deletion of locking / unlocking keys for the gate of the private area of a house (the so-called front door) and the gate of the common area (the so-called automatic entrance door). The solution to this problem is provided by an electric locking device 20 on the private area side that pre-stores a serial number identifying the lock control device installed in the private area and sequence information indicating the registration status of the locking / unlocking key (including a mobile terminal) 10 as "locking / unlocking information" required for locking and unlocking the lock, and when the locking / unlocking key 10 is registered and the information required for locking / unlocking the lock is not written therein, the electric locking device 20 on the common area side writes the stored locking / unlocking information into the locking / unlocking key 10, and the electric locking device 30 on the common area side that stores the locking / unlocking information read from the locking / unlocking key 10 in association with the room number in which the electric locking device 20 on the private area side is installed.
[0007] In the above configuration, Patent Document 1 also describes a configuration in which the locking / unlocking key includes a mobile terminal, and a handy information registration device 40 is added, in which locking / unlocking information (first key information) on the private area electric lock device 20 is registered, and linked to locking / unlocking information (second key information) on the common area electric lock device 20 using the information registration device 40 (second embodiment, FIG. 3). The reference numerals are those in Patent Document 1.
[0008] As mentioned above, this patent document 1 is an invention that was born from the viewpoint that in apartment buildings, etc., the key information for private areas and common areas is different, and it is very troublesome for managers (especially the company that sets the key information for the lock control device) to set and rewrite the key information in the apartment building, etc. In addition, in patent document 1, the identification information of the lock itself is given to the smart lock beforehand at the time of shipment.
[0009] Incidentally, in recent years, smart locks with various functions have appeared on the market, and users tend to install the smart locks of their choice at the entrances of buildings (including gates and walls).
[0010] Therefore, as in Patent Document 1, when the smart lock is shipped, the identification information of the smart lock itself may be recorded in advance in the file device included in its control unit. However, for example, when there is no data in the file device of the smart lock (there are many such smart locks in recent years), or when the property is started up (when key information is registered when newly built), or when the file device of the smart lock is initialized for some reason, Patent Document 1 does not use a network at all, so there is a problem in that it is not possible to easily and quickly set the ``key information for the private area'' and the ``key information for the shared area linked to the key information for the private area'' in the smart lock using a communication terminal. [0011] [Patent Document 1] JP 2009-221670 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0012] The main problem of the invention is to provide at least the key information of the private section to the smart lock from a setting terminal (setting company terminal or user terminal) having the right to use a communication terminal, regardless of the setting time of whether it is a new building or an existing building. In other words, when the file device of the smart lock is in an "empty" state, for example, when there is no single or multiple identification information that can be linked to identification information (e.g., Serial No.) that identifies the smart lock itself or property information (e.g., identification information that identifies the building itself + identification information that identifies the room), some identification information of the private section side (e.g., identification information that identifies the smart lock) is provided to the "empty" smart lock using a network (= preferably the cloud), and when a terminal that has acquired the identification information of the private section side from a server or the smart lock side uploads it to a server using a network, authentication key information (smart key information) that associates new information with the uploaded (saved) key information acquisition request (identification information of the smart lock) can be quickly transmitted to the terminal. In addition, a secondary objective of the invention is to, in the case of apartment buildings, hotels, various facilities, etc. that have entrances, the key information of the door lock control device that unlocks the gates of the entrance and the private area is usually different, so that when a user terminal receives the smart key information from the server, it further associates the key information of the common area with the smart key information, so that the user terminal possessed by the user can be used for both the gates of the common area and the private area. [Means for solving the problem]
[0013] First, the gate information management system of the present invention is a gate information management system consisting of a smart lock installed in a building, a terminal that has the authority to obtain identification information for identifying the smart lock from at least either the smart lock or a server, and the server that is capable of communicating with the terminal via a network and holds key information including property information for identifying the gate of the building, wherein the terminal is either a user terminal or a setup company terminal, and when the server receives a request for the key information based on at least either the identification information of the smart lock or the property information from the terminal via the network, the server transmits the key information associated with the requested information to the terminal.
[0014] In the above configuration, the key information is key information for the private areas of an apartment building, and the server generates key information for the common areas linked to the key information for the private areas, and provides the key information for the common areas to either the configuration company terminal or the user terminal via the network. In addition, if the terminal that has uploaded to the server is a user terminal, the key information that the server provides to the user terminal is at least the key information for the private areas of the building. Also, if the terminal that has uploaded to the server is a configuration company terminal, the new key information that the server provides to the configuration company terminal is at least the key information for the common areas of the building.
[0015] In addition, it is preferable that the server holds identification information for identifying the smart lock, the identification information including, for example, either the smart lock's Serial No or property information (an identification ID different from the Serial No), and that the server provides the identification information to either the configuration company terminal or the user terminal, or the smart lock, via the network in advance before accepting a request to obtain the key information from either the configuration company terminal or the user terminal.
[0016] Next, the server of the gate information management system of the present invention is a server of a gate information management system that comprises a smart lock installed in a building, a terminal that has the authority to obtain identification information for identifying the smart lock from either the smart lock or the server, and is capable of communicating with the terminal via a network, and that holds key information including property information for identifying the gate of the building, wherein the terminal is either a user terminal or a setup company terminal, and when the server receives a request for the key information based on either the identification information of the smart lock or the property information from the terminal via the network, the server is equipped with a transmission means for transmitting the key information associated with the requested information to the terminal.
[0017] In the above configuration, it is preferable that the key information is key information for a private area in an apartment building, and the server generates key information for a common area linked to the key information for the private area, and provides the key information for the common area to either the configuration company terminal or the user terminal via the network.
[0018] Furthermore, the gate information management system program of the present invention is a gate information management system program that includes a smart lock installed in a building, a terminal that has the authority to obtain identification information for identifying the smart lock from either the smart lock or a server, and a terminal that is capable of communicating with the terminal via a network and that holds key information including property information for identifying the gate of the building, and is characterized in that it has a computer execute a first communication function of transmitting identification information for identifying the smart lock via the network to the configuration company terminal or the user terminal, or either the smart lock, before receiving a request to obtain the key information from either the configuration company terminal or the user terminal, a reception function of accepting a request to obtain the key information based on the identification information from either the user terminal or the configuration company terminal via the network, and a second communication function of transmitting the key information associated with the identification information of the acquisition request to the terminal.
[0019] Here, the term "server" refers to an information processing device that can transmit, via a network, at least property information that identifies the exclusive area of a building to a smart lock installed at the entrance to the exclusive area of the building, and preferably can provide identification information that can identify the smart lock to a terminal or smart lock using a network. The server may be singular or plural, and the installation location is not particularly important. The term "smart lock" is a concept used to distinguish it from a door control device for a common area, and refers to a lock control device having an authentication function installed at the entrance to the exclusive area of a building, regardless of whether it is a detached house or an apartment building, and may have a single or multiple housings. When there is a single housing, for example, a communication unit having input and transmission functions, a control unit that controls various information, a memory unit that stores multiple identification information including locking / unlocking information, an authentication unit that authenticates key information from a terminal, etc. are generally provided in one case, while when there are multiple housings, for example, the communication unit and authentication unit, etc. can be provided in one housing, and the control unit, memory unit, locking / unlocking mechanism, etc. can be provided in the other housing.
[0020] Here, the "authentication key information associated with the identification information of the key information acquisition request" varies depending on the embodiment. For example, if the key information acquisition request is "Serial No," which is the identification information of the lock itself, first, the key information of the private area of the building (also referred to here as "smart key information") is linked. Also, if the key information acquisition request is smart key information that the server has given to the terminal or smart lock in advance, then the key information of the common area of the building is linked to the smart key information. Therefore, "key information" refers to data of either smart key information or common area key information that can effectively authenticate information registered in a user terminal that has the right to use the building entrance.
[0021] The identification information for the lock itself is commonly known as the "Serial No." This serial number is understood by those skilled in the art to be a unique number assigned to each product (lock). In addition, by correlating it with product information such as the parts used in the product, the firmware version, the date of manufacture, the product model, and the order number, it is used to make it easier to identify the product when a malfunction occurs, and the serial number can be printed on a QR code (registered trademark) or the like and attached to the surface of the product, for example, so that it can be easily read from an information processing device including a terminal. Effect of the Invention
[0022] When the file device of the smart lock is in an "empty" state with no data, or when the key information data has been initialized from the beginning of setup (when the building is new), or when the file device of the smart lock has been initialized for some reason (the presence of a second new tenant, loss of the user terminal during residence, etc.), at least the key information of the private area can be quickly provided to the smart lock, etc. via the terminal. In a preferred embodiment, the key information of the common area associated with the key information of the private area can also be provided to the terminal. Therefore, both the terminal and the smart lock can quickly obtain the key information of the private area and the key information of the common area associated with the key information of the private area via the network.
[0023] That is, when the file device of the smart lock is in an "empty" state, for example, when there is no identification information for identifying the smart lock (e.g., Serial No), identification information for identifying the private area of the building (e.g., identification information for identifying the building itself + identification information for identifying the room), or identification information for the private area to which the key information for the common area can be linked, the identification information for the private area is given to a terminal having a communication function or a smart lock in an "empty" state via a network, and when a terminal (a setting company terminal or a user terminal) that has acquired some identification information for the private area uploads the uploaded (saved) key information acquisition request (identification information for the private area) to a server, authentication key information that associates new key information (key information for the private area or key information for the common area) with the key information can be quickly transmitted to the terminal. At the implementation level, when a user terminal receives authentication key information from a server, it can be used for both the gates of the common area and the private area of the apartment building. In this case, it is preferable that the gate for the common area includes not only the entrance to the apartment building, but also the elevator gate by appropriately setting conditions such as valid time and face authentication. Furthermore, if key information for the exclusive area is provided to the construction contractor's terminal, it is desirable to have a system that immediately erases the key information for the exclusive area after construction is completed. [0025] First, the overall configuration of the first embodiment will be explained with reference to Figure 1, then the technical ideas of the present invention will be briefly explained with reference to Figures 2 and 3, and then the smart lock 1, user terminal 5, first server 2, second server 3, data structure diagram of property information, etc. will be explained in the order of the drawings with reference to Figures 4, 5, 6, etc.
[0026] <General remarks> Fig. 1 is an explanatory diagram of the first embodiment of the present invention. This first embodiment is particularly suitable for the case where a setting company terminal is used to link a smart lock to a new building (for example, when an SD store with title is performing construction work), but after a user terminal has gone through several procedures, it may also assign key information for the private area to the smart lock in the same way as the setting company terminal. In the gate information management system X of Figure 1, 1 is a smart lock, 2 and 3 are servers, 4 is a configuration company terminal, and 5 is a user terminal. In a preferred embodiment, the smart lock 1, one or more servers (eg, a first server 2 and a second server 3 shown in FIG. 4), the setup provider terminal 4, and the user terminal 5 are each connected to a network N.
[0027] Reference numeral 6 denotes an object to be managed, that is, a building (for example, a detached house, an apartment building, a hotel, a building, various facilities, etc.). Reference numeral 7 denotes a gate (door) of a private area of the building 6 through which an authenticated user terminal 5 can enter and exit.
[0028] The gate information management system of the present invention includes a smart lock 1 installed on the private area side of a building 6, a terminal (a configuration company terminal 4, a user terminal 5) that has the authority to obtain identification information for identifying the smart lock 1 from either the smart lock 1 or a server (2, 3), and the server that is capable of communicating with the terminals via a network N and that holds property information for identifying a gate 7 of the building 6.
[0029] The terminal is either a configuration provider terminal 4 or a user terminal 5, and when the server receives a request to obtain key information for the gate, which includes at least either the identification information of the smart lock 1 or the property information, from the terminal via the network (preferably the Internet) N, it transmits new key information associated with the identification information or property information of the acquisition request (for example, key information for the private area, or in some embodiments, key information for the gate to the common area) to the terminal. In the embodiment, after receiving new key information associated with the property information from the server, the terminal registers the key information of the gate 7 of the building 6 in the smart lock 1.
[0030] Therefore, before describing the configurations of the smart lock 1, the servers 2 and 3, and the terminals 4 and 5, the technical concept of the present invention will be briefly described with reference to FIGS.
[0031] First, Fig. 2 is an explanatory diagram of setting key information for a private area in a smart lock 1 of a building 6. In Fig. 2, Step 1 is when a terminal (setting company terminal 4 and / or user terminal 5) requests a server (2 or 3) to obtain identification information for the smart lock 1 via a network N. The server (server 3 in this embodiment) stores in its memory the identification information for the smart lock 1, property information specifying the private area, etc., as described below.
[0032] Step 2 indicates that the terminal has received the identification information of the smart lock 1 from the server 3 via the network N (transmission and reception of the identification information). Note that in this Step 2, when the terminal obtains the identification information, it may obtain it directly from the smart lock 1 (including the housing and packaging) by communication means (e.g., reading) rather than from the server 3. In an embodiment in which the terminal receives (eg reads) the identification information directly from the communication means of the smart lock 1, the server transmits said identification information via the network N to the smart lock 1 at an appropriate time in advance.
[0033] In Step 3, the terminals 4 and 5 request key information (smart key information) of the exclusive part based on the identification information from the server 3 via the network N. In Step 4, after the server accepts the request for key information of the exclusive part, it grants the key information of the exclusive part (smart key information) associated with the identification information of the request to the terminal via the network N (transmission and reception of smart key information). Then, in Step 5, the terminal uses a communication means (short-range communication) to provide the key information of the exclusive area to the smart lock 1 (setting of the key information of the exclusive area completed).
[0034] Although not specifically shown, Depending on the embodiment, Thereafter, the user terminal 5 that has been registered with the server 3 can request the server for key information for the common area based on the key information for the private area. If the server authenticates that the user terminal 5 has authority over the system, it can further grant the key information for the common area associated with the key information for the private area, thereby achieving the secondary object of the present invention.
[0035] Next, Fig. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a case where key information is set in a building's common area electrical device (here, also referred to as a "door lock control device" to distinguish it from a smart lock) 25. The technical idea of Fig. 3 differs from the embodiment of Fig. 2 in that key information is set in the common area door lock control device 25 based on private area key information acquired by a terminal (setting company terminal 4 and / or user terminal 5) for the common area electrical device 25 installed at the entrance to the common area of the apartment building.
[0036] In Fig. 3, first, in Step 1, a terminal (e.g., the setting company terminal 4) receives (e.g., reads) the private area key information from, for example, the smart lock 1. After that, the terminal requests the server (2 or 3) via the network N to obtain the common area key information based on the key information of the smart lock 1. Step 2 indicates that the terminal 4 has received the common area key information linked to the private area key information of the smart lock 1 from the server 3 via the network N (sending and receiving the common area key information).
[0037] In Step 3, the terminal 4 uses the communication means to provide the common area key information to the common area electrical device (door lock control device) 25 (setting of the common area key information completed). In this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, when the common area key information is provided to the setting company terminal, it is desirable for the system to erase the common area key information after a predetermined time has elapsed. Also, in this embodiment, the terminals include a user terminal 5.
[0038] <Specifics> As is well known, the user terminal 5 is capable of electrical communication with a smart lock (also called a door control device) 1 installed at the entrance (including the gate 7) of the building 6, and is generally understood to be a communication terminal such as a smartphone or tablet carried by the user.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 1, the gate information management system X has one or more smart locks 1 installed at one or more gates 7 of a managed object 6 such as a building or site, such as a detached house or an apartment building, and one or more locking / unlocking devices installed at the gate 7 and whose locking / unlocking state (locking and unlocking) is controlled by the smart lock 1.
[0040] For example, a first server 2 is installed in the managed object 6, and this first server 2 can provide property information, key information for common areas, etc. held by the first server 2 to a second server 3 via a network N.
[0041] On the other hand, the second server 3 holds identification information including property information on the private area of the building 6 with the smart lock, smart key information, applications necessary for the system, etc. The second server 3 can receive key information for the common area including the property information from the first server 2. Therefore, the second server 3 has an Internet / cloud-like existence, and can centrally manage more information than the first server 2. Therefore, for example, a user terminal 5 can receive identification information of one or more smart locks 1 installed at the gate 7 of its private area from the second server 3 via the Internet N, provided that authentication is established.
[0042] Fig. 4 shows the relationship between the setting company terminal, the server, and the smart lock. The gate information management system X shown in Fig. 2 is installed in a building 6 as a property, and performs authentication based on key information sent from a user terminal 5 using the entrance 7 of the building and key information registered in its own memory, and when the authentication is successful, it issues an unlock command for the gate 7. It also shows a server (e.g., a second server 3) that can communicate with the smart lock.
[0043] In a preferred embodiment, the key information indicates the smart lock 1 that holds property information (property UUID+room ID) a that identifies the building and room and that was received from the setting provider terminal 4 or the user terminal 5.
[0044] Further explaining with reference to Figure 4, first, the first server 2 constituting the server has a control unit and an input unit not shown, and further has a property information generation unit 2a having data input functions, applications, etc., a first memory unit 2b, and a transmission unit 2c.
[0045] The property information generating unit 2a preferably generates property information a based on at least identification information such as a property UUID, a room ID, and an address. The first storage unit 2b records, for example, the property information a, key information for the common area, etc. The transmitting unit 2c then transmits the property information a, key information for the common area, etc. to a second server 3 constituting a server via a network N.
[0046] Next, the second server 3 includes a control unit (not shown), a receiving unit 3a, a second storage unit 3b, and a transmission means 3c. The receiving unit 3a receives the property information a, key information for the common area, etc. from the first server 2 via the network N. The second storage unit 3b records (holds) the property information a, key information for the common area, etc.
[0047] In a preferred embodiment, the transmission means 3c transmits at least identification information b that identifies the smart lock 1 owned by the transmission means 3c, and key information (c, d) for the private area and common area to the terminals 4 and 5 via the network N.
[0048] As described above, in the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the server 3 can provide the terminals 4, 5 and the smart lock 1 with identification information for identifying the smart lock 1 (Step 1) and key information for the private area associated with the identification information (Step 4). In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the server 3 can also provide the terminals 4, 5 with key information for the common area associated with the key information for the private area (Step 2).
[0049] Next, the smart lock 1 has a second communication unit 25 that receives identification information that identifies the smart lock 1 via the network N, and its own memory unit 1b that records the identification information received by the second communication unit 25.
[0050] The smart lock 1 will be described later. In this embodiment, the setting company terminal 4 cannot directly receive the key information of the exclusive part from the second server 3 via the network N. Depending on the embodiment, the setting company terminal 4 may be given the key information of the exclusive part when the second server 3 meets a predetermined condition, but in this case, it is preferable to erase the key information after a predetermined time has elapsed.
[0051] However, the setup agent terminal 4 can receive a two-dimensional code generated using a property UUID or the like held by the first server 2 (including a physically separate terminal) from the first server 2 via the network N.
[0052] Therefore, a dealer (e.g., an SD store) who has the setting dealer terminal 4 can link the identification information b of the smart lock 1 and the property information a, etc., on-site, for example, near the gate of a building. In this case, it is preferable that the setting dealer terminal 4 uses a linking application provided by the second server 3 or the management terminal of the gate information management system X.
[0053] <Smart lock 1> Figure 5 shows an example of a smart lock (door control device for private areas) 1. Generally, the concept of a smart lock 1 is said to be a general term for a system that uses some method to make an existing lock capable of electrical communication, and uses a communication device called a smartphone or the like to authenticate and open, close, and manage a gate. However, in recent years, smart locks have also appeared that have "little data for creating key information" or "no data for creating key information."
[0054] The smart lock 1 shown in Fig. 5 can be considered an authentication system, but here it is simply called a "smart lock." In Fig. 5, the output unit including the input unit and the receiving unit including the monitoring and determining unit may be separate pieces of hardware.
[0055] In this Fig. 5, on the left side, a "mechanical key K" and a "user terminal 5" such as a smartphone or tablet are depicted. The user terminal 5 is not limited to a smartphone or tablet, but includes a wearable device such as a so-called feature phone, a smart watch, or smart glasses, as long as it is multifunctional. A smartphone is preferable.
[0056] Thus, this smart lock 1 has a locking / unlocking mechanism (also called a locking / unlocking device) 11 as a first input unit installed at a gate (e.g., front door) 7 of a private area of a detached house or an apartment building, and wireless communication means 12 as a second input unit. The wireless communication means 12 is a short-range communication unit that communicates with a wireless communication means (second communication unit 37 described below) of the user terminal 5, so as long as it can realize its function, it may be installed at the gate 7 itself, or on a wall near the gate, a stand near the wall, within the premises, etc.
[0057] Here, first, the gate 7 and the first input unit (locking / unlocking device) 11 will be described. As is well known, the mounting base end of the gate 7 is attached to the door frame via upper and lower hinges. Meanwhile, the first input unit (locking / unlocking device) 11 is provided at the center of the free end of the gate 7. The "first input unit 5" here includes, for example, any one of a cylinder device, a handle device, a thumbturn device, a trigger device, a locking means, a detector provided on a receiver, a gate opening / closing device, etc. Since the mechanical structures of the cylinder device, the handle device, the thumbturn device, etc. are well known, detailed explanations and drawings will be omitted. Also, here, an "electric lock" will be taken up as an example of the locking / unlocking device 5 as the first input unit. Of course, a control unit, a drive motor, a detector, etc. may be attached to an ordinary "mechanical lock" to make it into a lock with the function of an electric lock.
[0058] Now, the locking / unlocking device 5 is installed in a combination of various devices according to the purpose and function of the building, but generally in the case of a detached house or an apartment building, as shown in Figure 5, the front of the outer and inner cylinders that make up the cylinder of the cylinder device 11a can be seen from the outer wall surface of the wall portion 7a of the gate 7 of the private area, and the inner cylinder is provided with a keyhole into which a mechanical key K (left side of the drawing) can be inserted.
[0059] In addition, when a mechanical key K is inserted into the inner tube and a large number of tumblers and movable obstacles are aligned on the unlocking line, the deadbolt can be retracted into the lock box by operating the mechanical key K, or, in the case of a lock in which the locking means is unlocked, the handle of the handle device 11b can be operated, for example downward, to retract the latch bolt, which serves as a temporary locking piece, into the lock box.
[0060] Meanwhile, the gate 7 appropriately uses one or more switch means 13. The switch means 13 is a switch that is linked to the operation of the locking / unlocking device 11 as the first input section, and for example, a microswitch having a movable contact and a fixed contact, a magnetically sensitive switch, etc. are appropriately used. Although not specifically shown here, the switch means 13 as an interlocking member may be a first switching means that is linked to a cylinder device (for example, a movable barrier), a second switching means that is linked to a handle device (for example, a handle), a third switching means that is linked to a deadbolt or latch bolt as a locking piece (for example, a detector that detects the position of the locking piece), etc.
[0061] The actuation signal of one or more switch means 13 related to the operation of the locking / unlocking device 11 (e.g., an action related to unlocking) is referred to here as "first unlocking information", and this first unlocking information is identification information obtained other than by wireless communication with the user terminal 5, and is, so to speak, information indicating that the locking / unlocking device 11 is at least unlocked. In addition, the first unlocking information is not necessarily identification information including both locking and unlocking. This first unlocking information A is sent by the output unit 15 via a wired or wireless method to a receiving unit (communication unit) 16 on the authentication side, which will be described later.
[0062] Next, the wireless communication means (short-distance communication unit) 12 as the second input unit will be described. The user terminal 5 also has wireless communication means (short-distance communication unit). The specific configuration of the short-distance communication unit (reader / writer, etc.) is a well-known technology, so a detailed description will be omitted here. Here, the signal when the locking / unlocking device 11 of the smart lock 1 is unlocked by the wireless method with the user terminal 5 is referred to as the "second unlocking information."
[0063] Therefore, there are not two locking / unlocking devices 11 having locking pieces in total, but the locking / unlocking device 11 of the first input unit and the locking / unlocking device of the second input unit 12 are shared. In addition, as a result of the judgment of the monitoring / judging unit 18 having the first judgment unit 18a and the second judgment unit 18b on the authentication side, the device (locking / unlocking device) which is changed from the locked state to the unlocked state by the lock control unit, drive motor, power transmission means, etc. is the same as the first input unit 11. Note that to avoid the complexity of Fig. 5, the unlocking mode of the locking / unlocking device 5 by the lock control unit, drive motor, power transmission means, memory unit, etc. is omitted for convenience.
[0064] Next, the main part of the authentication side will be described. Reference numeral 17 denotes a control unit that receives at least both the "first unlocking information" and the "second unlocking information" from the receiving unit 16. Of course, depending on the embodiment, the control unit 17 can also receive both the "first locking information" and the "second locking information". This control unit 17 records both of the unlocking information as history information in the storage unit 1b. At that time, the "first unlocking information" and the "second unlocking information" are stored in association with each other. In addition, the control unit 17 receives (receives) key information d through the cloud-like server 3 and the network N at the second communication unit 25, and records the key information d in the storage unit 1b. Furthermore, the control unit 17 records the identification information (unique ID) of the user terminal 5 in the storage unit 1b.
[0065] The memory unit 1b of the control unit 17 records the appropriate setting time of the identification information, the setting company terminal authorized by contract with the administrator, and application software (hereinafter also referred to as "app") for setting the smart lock key information.
[0066] In an embodiment, for example, (a) property information a including the property UUID or building ID and room ID of the building itself, which are set by one or more information processing devices or a setting company terminal 4 included on the server side, (b) identification information b for identifying the smart lock, identification information c for the common area, etc., as well as (c) identification information of the setting company terminal, (d) identification information of the user terminal 5, (e) branch number data of the room data, (f) an app that is the same as the app recorded by the server 3, identification information between servers, and (g) other sequence information such as identification data of the administrator, exiting person identification data, branch number of the number of entries, branch number of the number of exits, and the presence or absence of entry and exit information within a specified period, to create a preferred control device ID or system, are appropriately linked and stored.
[0067] As mentioned above, the smart lock 1 is equipped with a monitoring and judgment unit 18 having a first judgment unit 18a and a second judgment unit 18b, and the monitoring and judgment unit 18 monitors the first unlocking information, second unlocking information, and in some embodiments, the first locking information, second locking information, etc. Regarding the monitoring by the monitoring and determination unit 18, the first determination unit 18a determines whether or not the locking / unlocking device 11 has been unlocked based on the operation of the mechanical key K, while the second determination unit 18b monitors and determines whether or not the key information received wirelessly from the user terminal 5 matches the key information stored in the memory unit 1b, and whether or not the setting company terminal is an authorized information processing device.
[0068] <User Terminal 5> 6 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the user terminal 5. The user terminal 5 is a portable information processing terminal such as a smartphone, tablet, or wearable device that is carried by a person passing through the gate of the security zone (for example, a resident of the building or a person who has been given key information by a resident) and is used to operate (unlock, lock, open / close) the locking / unlocking device 11 for the gate of the private area.
[0069] Therefore, the user terminal 5 has a terminal control unit 31, a touch panel 32 as an operation unit and display unit, a memory unit 33 that records at least the smart key information d of the exclusive unit, a registration unit 34 having a mode switching function for new registration, update registration, change registration, and deletion registration of the smart key information d, a key information identification unit 35 that extracts a copy of the key information recorded in the memory unit, a first communication unit 36 that receives and transmits key information and a second communication unit 37 that transmits identification information of the user terminal 5, various switches and a camera function not shown.
[0070] Thus, the terminal control unit 31 has smart key information d for opening and closing the gate recorded in its storage unit 33. In the embodiment, the first communication unit 36 has a key information receiving means 36a for acquiring the smart key information d from the second server 3 via the network N and transferring the smart key information d to the registration unit 34, while the second communication unit 37 has a key information transmitting means 37a for transmitting the smart key information d including the aforementioned data appropriately and logically linked via the key information identification unit 35.
[0071] Therefore, the user terminal 5 can request the smart lock 1 to operate (eg, unlock) the locking / unlocking device 11 by using the smart key information d in which a plurality of pieces of identification data are appropriately linked.
[0072] The terminal control unit 31 controls the operation of the user terminal 5 based on a program, and the touch panel 32 displays a large number of icons, etc., and various screens appear when each icon is touched. The communication method of the second communication unit 37 is, for example, a short-range communication unit such as Bluetooth or NFC. The user terminal 5 is preferably a high-performance, multi-function smartphone such as 5G.
[0073] <First Server 2> As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the server is composed of a first server 2 on the common area side that records property information a generated using, for example, a property UUID, a room ID, etc. in a first memory unit 2b, and a second server 3 on the dedicated area side that cooperates with the first server via a network N to obtain the property information a, and the second server 3 can, for example, provide key information (smart key information) d for user authentication to terminals 4, 5 or a smart lock 1 via the Internet.
[0074] 7 is a block diagram showing an example of the first server 2 constituting the server. The first server 2 is connected to a common area electric lock device 25 capable of communicating with a user terminal 5, for example, wirelessly.
[0075] In FIG. 7, reference numeral 21 denotes a property information input unit having a separate (multiple) or integrated (single) housing included on the server side, and this property information input unit 21 inputs initial property information such as the name or address of a landmark building in a certain housing complex in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture (for example, No. 1, 0-chome, 00-ku, Yokohama City), the ten building numbers or addresses (No. 0) belonging to the certain housing complex, the gates to the common areas of each building (location information), and the private areas or rooms in each building (location information of No. 101, No. 102, etc.).
[0076] Reference numeral 2a denotes a property information generation unit, which generates property information a based on at least the property UUID and room ID from the initial property information, in which multiple IDs related to properties are associated, such as building 1 + block 1 included in building 1 + private unit 101 included in block 1, or a certain housing complex + building 1 + room 101, a certain ward + a certain housing complex + building 1 + room 101, a certain city + a certain ward + a certain housing complex + building 1 + room 101, or a certain prefecture + a certain city + a certain ward + a certain housing complex + building 1 + room 101 (see FIG. 11 described below). The property information generated by this property information generation unit 2a is managed, for example, in a first table T1 relating to a certain housing complex in a certain city, a second table T2 relating to each building number in the certain housing complex, a second table T3 relating to the private areas and rooms in each number, and n tables Tn relating to other management offices, etc.
[0077] Reference numeral 23 denotes a control unit, and as is well known, the control unit 23 exerts various functions by having a CPU (Central Processing Unit) execute predetermined programs stored in the memory, the first storage unit 2b, etc. Since these functional means are well known techniques, they will be described here as simply as possible.
[0078] The first storage unit 2b records the property information a generated by the property information generation unit 2a. 24 is a property information output unit, which provides (transmits) the property information a to the second server 3 via a network. This property information output unit 24 and the above-mentioned property information input unit 21 constitute a so-called communication device, and are therefore composed of a communication interface or the like for communicating with external devices. The communication devices 21, 24 can transmit and receive various information or data not only to the second server 3 but also to the above-mentioned setting company terminal 4 and user terminal 5.
[0079] In the embodiment, the first storage unit 2b mainly holds data for the locking / unlocking device of the common area, and does not hold key information of the private area, unlike the second server 3. However, the first storage unit 2b and the second server 3 mutually hold information such as property information and key information of the common area, and are linked to each other.
[0080] The first storage unit 2b is composed of a hard disk or the like, and stores various programs and various information required for executing the processes in the control unit 23, as well as information on the results of the processes. The first server 2 can be realized using an information processing device such as a dedicated or general-purpose server computer. The first server 2 may be composed of a single information processing device, or may be composed of multiple information processing devices such as a combination of a stationary first server and a portable first server (in this embodiment, a notebook computer is the property information generating unit). In addition, the first server 2 can of course be equipped with a display output unit, an audio output unit, etc. as an output unit.
[0081] Although not specifically shown here, the first server 2 is connected to the common area electric lock device 25 by wire or wirelessly, as in Patent Document 1. The common area electric lock device 25 is a known technology, and is disposed in a common area such as the entrance of the building 6 (for example, the entrance to an apartment building), and includes an information reading unit, a memory unit, a lock control unit, a common area gate locking / unlocking device, a power supply unit, etc. The functions of each of the above units are known technology, and therefore will not be described here (see paragraphs 0028, 0029, 0030, etc. of Patent Document 1).
[0082] <Second Server 3> 8 is a block diagram of the second server 3. The second server 3 also includes hardware such as a communication unit including an input unit 3a and a transmission means 3c for transmitting identification information and the like, a control device 27 for processing information, and a second storage unit 3b, similar to the first server 2. Therefore, the explanations of the communication unit and control unit are the same as those of the first server 2, and the configuration of each unit is simply illustrated here.
[0083] In Fig. 8, 3a is a property information receiving unit (input unit) that receives property information, and this property information receiving unit (input unit) may have a separate or integrated housing, similar to the first information input device (first information processing device) 2b on the first server 2 side. This property information receiving unit 3a receives the identification information b of the smart lock 1 via wired or wireless communication. It also receives property information a and identification information c of the common area from the first server 2.
[0084] In a preferred embodiment, the property information receiving unit (input unit) 3a simultaneously or at different times receives "property information" a including at least a property UUID and a room ID, and key information c of the common area (herein, for convenience, also referred to as a "logical ID"). 27 is a control device. The function of this control device 27 is similar to that of the control unit 23 of the first server 2.
[0085] 3b is a second storage unit. This second storage unit 3b has “property information a”, “identification information b for identifying the smart lock 1”, “logical ID c”, “smart key information (private part key information) d required for authentication”, and other information such as the first server 2, the user terminal 5, and its own server identification information.
[0086] Therefore, in the embodiment, the second server 3 stores the identification information b that identifies the smart lock 1 in the second storage unit 3b, and can provide the identification information b to the smart lock 1 at an appropriate time via a transmission means 3c for the identification information b, etc., and the Internet N. Therefore, in the embodiment, the terminals 4 and 5 can receive (read) the identification information b not only from the server but also from the smart lock 1.
[0087] The smart key information d required for the authentication can be obtained from a mobile terminal (e.g., a notebook computer, a smartphone, etc.) 28 owned by the administrator or from the server side via the network N. Although not shown in the figure, each piece of information is tabulated and managed using random numbers and variables, similar to the first server 2.
[0088] Reference numeral 29 denotes an authentication means, which, when a request for "property information a," "smart lock identification information b," "logical ID (key information for the common area) c," "smart key information (key information for the private area) d," etc. is received from the user terminal 5 via communication, determines whether the terminal information of the user terminal 5 matches the registered identification information of the user terminal 5 described above. Note that, in the embodiment, the transmission means 3c of the identification information, etc. described above can transmit the "identification information b," "key information for the private area," and "key information for the common area" to the setting company terminal 4 or the smart lock 1 at the same time or at different times, for example, when the building 6 is newly constructed.
[0089] Incidentally, at construction sites, there is an installation mode called the "embedded method." In this mode, property information a and identification information b are input from the display screen of the setting smartphone, and written to a writable memory on the smart lock 1 side by short-range wireless communication (such as Bluetooth). Depending on the embodiment, the second server 3 side may already link the property information a to the identification information b and provide it to the smart lock 1 at an appropriate time, so the time, place, and terminal with the right to link the property information a to the identification information b, or the property information a to the identification information b, etc., can be selected arbitrarily.
[0090] In addition, when the linking is performed or when the smart lock 1 is installed at the entrance 7 of the building 6, the identification information b, etc. is transmitted to the smart lock 1 at an appropriate time upon request from the terminal. The property information receiving unit (input unit) 3a and the means 3c for transmitting the identification information, etc. have the same functions as the communication device of the first server 2.
[0091] <Linking at the time of new construction> 9 is a schematic explanatory diagram showing a specific example of setting key information for a private area in a smart lock of a building according to the first embodiment. Each step has already been described with reference to FIG. 2, so only a brief description will be given here.
[0092] In FIG. 9 (also see FIG. 2), servers 2 and 3 are depicted at the bottom of the drawing. In this embodiment, the servers consist of a first server 2 and a second server 3 connected to the first server via a network N. In a preferred embodiment, the first server 2 and the second server 3 are linked to each other in advance, and the property information a and key information (also called logical ID) c of the common area held by the first server 2 are also provided to the second server 3, so that the information is shared between them. The second server 3 holds identification information b that identifies the smart lock 1 by a property information receiving unit (input unit) 3a, which corresponds to a second information processing device.
[0093] As already explained in FIG. 2, in Step 1, a terminal (the configuration company terminal 4 or the user terminal 5) requests the server 3 to obtain the identification information of the smart lock 1 via the network N. The server can be accessed by reading a QR code (registered trademark) used on packaging, products, etc. related to the smart lock 1 with the terminal.
[0094] Since the server 3 stores at least the identification information of the smart lock 1 in its memory, in Step 2, the terminal (2 or 3) receives the identification information b of the smart lock 1 from the second server 3 via the network N (sending and receiving). In Step 3, the terminal requests the key information of the private part from the server via the network N based on the identification information b. In Step 4, after the server accepts the key information request for the private part, it assigns the smart key information d of the private part associated with the requested identification information b to the terminal via the network N (sending and receiving smart key information). In Step 5, the terminal assigns the smart key information d to the smart lock 1 using a communication means (setting the key information for the private part). After that, if key information for the common part is desired, the process proceeds to Step 6 (request for key information for the common part) and Step 7 (assignment of key information for the common part).
[0095] Next, FIG. 10 (also see FIG. 3) is a schematic explanatory diagram showing a specific example of a modified example of the first embodiment. The explanation of the same configuration as in FIG. 9 is incorporated herein. The main difference between this modified example and the first embodiment is the method of acquiring the identification information b that identifies the smart lock 1. That is, as already explained in FIG. 2, when the terminal acquires the identification information b of the smart lock 1, it is possible to acquire it directly from the smart lock 1 by a communication means (e.g., reading), but in such an embodiment, that is, in an embodiment in which the terminal receives (e.g., reads) the identification information b from the smart lock 1, the server transmits the identification information b to the smart lock 1 via the network N at an appropriate time in advance (Step 1), and then acquires the identification information b from the smart lock 1 in Step 2.
[0096] Then, in Step 3, the terminals 4 and 5 request the key information d of the private part from the server 3 via the network N based on the identification information b. In Step 4, after the server accepts the request for the key information d of the private part, it assigns the key information d of the private part associated with the requested identification information b to the terminal via the network N (sending and receiving the key information of the private part). Then, in Step 5, the terminal assigns the key information of the private part to the smart lock 1 using a communication means (short-range communication) (setting of the key information of the private part is completed). After that, if the key information of the common part is desired, the process proceeds to Step 6 (request for the key information of the common part) and Step 7 (assignment of the key information of the common part).
[0097] Meanwhile, from a practical perspective, when a new building is constructed, that is, when a property is set up, there is no line to the network N including the Internet, so a local first server 2 is used to create the property. The first server 2 is, for example, "VERSA... (trademark)" manufactured by the applicant. The first server 2 in the embodiment is physically divided into an installed first server 2a and a portable first server 2b. The portable first server 2b is, for example, a notebook computer, and property information related to the building is input. The property information a is generated, for example, by using appropriate software. The generated property information a can be displayed, for example, as a two-dimensional code, on the display unit of the portable first server 2b.
[0098] Next, in the embodiment, the setting agent terminal 4 indirectly acquires the two-dimensional code from the portable first server 2b (or from the portable first server 2b depending on the embodiment) via the network N. For example, when the setting agent terminal 4 reads the two-dimensional code from the display unit of the portable first server 2b, the portable first server 2b can instantly access information on the Web. Therefore, depending on the embodiment, the setting agent terminal 4 can also read the "serial number" from the product, packaging box, packaging paper, card, etc. Then, the setting agent can operate the setting agent terminal 4 that he / she owns to access the property information a on the portable first server 2b side.
[0099] Next, the setting company terminal 4 that has handled the property information etc. provides at least the property information a to the smart lock 1 using the communication means of the setting company terminal 4. As a result, the smart lock 1, which is empty of data, can record at least the property information a in the memory unit 1b by linking it to the identification information b.
[0100] Next, the mobile first server 2b uploads the property information a to the stationary first server 2a directly (for example, by using a plug-in storage medium) or indirectly (for example, by using communication). In other words, the mobile first server 2b provides the property information a to the stationary first server 2a.
[0101] Incidentally, linking during new construction can be performed, for example, in two ways: (i) the linking work is performed by the setup contractor terminal 4 including the setup contractor, and (ii) the control device 27 of the cloud-based second server 3 links the property information a to the identification information b of the smart lock 1 based on the stored information in the second memory unit 3b.
[0102] In practice, when a setting company (SD store) installs the smart lock 1, either (a) or (b) is appropriately adopted. In the former case, the setting company alone can link, for example, the property information a and the identification information b of the smart lock 1, or the property information a and the identification information b of the smart lock 1, and the key information d and the logical IDc on site. In a preferred embodiment, the smart lock 1 is initialized. This initialization is performed to ensure that the second server 3 and the smart lock 1 are linked together. The reason for this is that there are various types of smart locks 1 on the market, and it is necessary to classify the contract with the user terminal (customer) who purchased the smart lock 1.
[0103] Finally, the "key information" is given to a user terminal 5 having a legitimate right, such as a resident of the building 6 or a manager who manages the building. In addition, the user terminal 5 receives key information of the common area of its own building 6 from the second server 3 via the network N, and when the user terminal 5 accesses the second server 3, the second server 3 performs authentication based on the identification information of the user terminal 5 and the terminal identification information registered in the server. If the authentication is successful, the user terminal can be given not only the "key information (private area key information)" of the smart lock 1 but also the key information (logical ID) of the common area of the building 6 via the network N, thereby enabling the user terminal 5 to use both the common area electric device 25 and the smart lock 1.
[0104] In this embodiment, the linking is not only mentioned when a building is newly constructed, but also when the building is already installed. When the building is already installed, the user terminal 5 can provide property information to the smart lock 1. Although not shown in the figure, the user terminal 5 can have the authentication device authenticate the mechanical plug-in key, and if the authentication is successful, can also obtain an "ID" from the authentication device. Then, the user terminal 5, which has the "ID", makes an inquiry to the first server 2 via the network N (requesting the property UUID, property information, etc.).
[0105] Either the first server 2 or the second server 3 performs authentication of the "ID", and if the authentication is valid, provides the property UUID, property information, etc. to the user terminal 5. After that, the property UUID, property information, etc. held by the user terminal 5 are provided to the smart lock 1. As described above, the smart lock 1 is initialized and is an "empty" device that does not remember the property UUID, property information, etc. "Providing" provides at least the property information to the smart lock 1 using the communication means of the user terminal 5 for the smart lock 1, as in the first embodiment.
[0106] <Appendix 1> When the present invention is understood from the viewpoint of the server, the present invention is characterized in that the server includes a smart lock installed in a building, a terminal having the right to obtain identification information for identifying the smart lock from either the smart lock side or the server, and the server of a gate information management system that can communicate with the terminal via a network and holds key information including property information for identifying the gate of the building, the terminal being either a user terminal or a setting company terminal, and the server is characterized in that when the server receives a request for the key information based on at least one of the identification information of the smart lock or the property information from the terminal via the network, the server is equipped with a transmission means for transmitting the key information associated with the requested information to the terminal. In the above configuration, the key information is key information for a private area in an apartment building, and the server preferably generates key information for a common area linked to the key information for the private area, and provides the key information for the common area to either the setting company terminal or the user terminal via the network.
[0107] <Appendix 2> When the present invention is understood from the perspective of a program, the program is a gate information management system program that includes a smart lock installed in a building, a terminal that has the authority to obtain identification information for identifying the smart lock from either the smart lock or a server, and is capable of communicating with the terminal via a network and holds key information including property information for identifying the gate of the building, and that causes a computer to execute a first communication function of transmitting identification information for identifying the smart lock via the network to the configuration company terminal or the user terminal, or either the smart lock, before receiving a request to obtain the key information from either the configuration company terminal or the user terminal, a reception function of accepting a request to obtain the key information based on the identification information from either the user terminal or the configuration company terminal via the network, and a second communication function of transmitting the key information associated with the identification information of the acquisition request to the terminal.
[0108] <Appendix 3> When initializing smart lock 1, there are two patterns: (i) key information is generated on the server or user terminal and then assigned to the smart lock, or (ii) a unique ID is assigned to each lock and registered on the lock when it is shipped from the factory, the same ID is also recorded on the server, and the smart lock and server communicate via the user terminal during the initialization process.
[0109] <Appendix 4> In a preferred embodiment, the setup provider terminal 4 or the user terminal 5 reads the property information a assigned to the smart lock 1, compares it with the property information stored in the server, and assigns a corresponding logical ID (common part key information) to the smart lock 1 and the user terminal 5.
