Abstract

To provide a medicament for the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive and HER2-negative locally advanced breast cancer (laBC) or metastatic breast cancer (mBC).SOLUTION: Provided is a medicament comprising: (i) GDC-9545 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, administered in an amount of about 10 to 100 mg QD on days 1-28 of a first 28-day cycle; and (ii) palbociclib, administered in an amount of 125 mg QD on days 1-21 of the first 28-day cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
