Abstract

To provide a technique enabling mass production of ultrafine fibers.SOLUTION: A spinning head 4 has a first divided body 42 and a second divided body 43, and a liquid flow path used for moving a raw material liquid is formed on a stacked face formed by stacking both divided bodies 42, 43. The spinning head 4 has a plurality of protrusions 41 intermittently arranged in a first direction X and protruding in a second direction Y. A discharge port 48, which is a downstream end in the moving direction of the raw material liquid in the liquid flow path, is located at the tip of the protrusion 41.
