To perform management to allow grasping on which electronic apparatus individual setting information to be stored and managed is based, and in which electronic apparatus the individual setting information has been actually set.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus has: a communication unit; a storage unit that, when receiving setting information from a first electronic apparatus being a takeover source through the communication unit, stores the received setting information and identification information of the first electronic apparatus representing the takeover source in association with each other; a display unit that displays a list of the pieces of setting information stored in the storage unit while allowing a user to select the information; and a setting control unit that transmits the setting information selected by the user to a second electronic apparatus being a takeover destination through the communication unit, and sets up the information in the second electronic apparatus. The setting control unit includes an update unit that, when the setting control unit transmits the setting information to the second electronic apparatus, and subsequently receives information indicating the completion of set-up from the second electronic apparatus, updates the storage unit by associating the setting information with information for identifying the second electronic apparatus.
