Abstract

To provide a recruitment data management system and recruitment data management method capable of improving efficiency of recruiting activities of recruiting parties.SOLUTION: A recruitment data management system includes a first recruitment database for managing first recruitment data registered by a target recruiting party, a second recruitment database for managing second recruitment data registered by the target recruiting party, and a management device capable of accessing both the first recruitment database and the second recruitment database. The management device determines whether or not the job recruitment data corresponding to the first recruitment data is managed in the second recruitment database as the second recruitment data based on a matching degree between the first recruitment data and the second recruitment data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
