CDK2 inhibitors and methods of making and using same

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a compound represented by structural formula (I): The present invention provides compounds useful for treating cancer, represented by JPEG2024540483000152.jpg69165, or pharma- ceutically acceptable salts thereof. Disclosed herein are compounds that are effective inhibitors of CDK2 (see synthesis examples 1-108). In particular, it has been demonstrated that the compounds of the present disclosure effectively inhibit CDK2 and can be used to treat various cancers. For example, the disclosed compounds are selective CDK2 inhibitors, i.e., the disclosed compounds have no or low activity against CDK1.
