Abstract

The present invention relates to tetrahydroisoquinoline compounds that are KEAP1 binding agents and their incorporation into bifunctional compounds that can act as proteolysis-inducing chimeric molecules. The present invention also relates to methods for the preparation of these bifunctional compounds and their use in the treatment of diseases or disorders associated with proteins that can be degraded via KEAP1 E3 ligase.
