Dual cytokine fusion proteins containing multi-subunit cytokines

Abstract

The present application relates to compositions, pharmaceutical compositions, and / or formulations of dual cytokine fusion proteins comprising an alpha and beta multi-subunit cytokine (such as IL-12 or IL-27) and a second cytokine fused to a single chain variable fragment scaffold system, where said second cytokine is linked in the hinge region of the scFv. The present application also relates to methods of using the dual cytokine fusion protein compositions to treat cancer, inflammatory diseases or disorders, and immune and immune-mediated diseases or disorders.
