Abstract

To provide NK cell specific antibodies applicable as bispecific antibodies, specifically NK cell specific antibodies with clearly defined new mechanisms of action capable of delivering benefits and suitable for use in addition to full length antibodies.SOLUTION: Provided are NKp46-binding immunoglobulin variable regions, and proteins, such as antibodies and multispecific proteins, that comprise the variable regions. The proteins can bind and specifically redirect NK cells to lyse a target cell of interest.
