Abstract

To provide an image provisioning device capable of providing an image of a vehicle in operation by a user without adjusting a photographing location and a photographing date and time with a third parson.SOLUTION: An image provisioning device 200 is connected to a plurality of vehicles 100 with a drive recorder and a plurality of information input devices 300 via a communication network. The image provisioning device 200 receives a video image data photographed by the drive recorder from the plurality of vehicles 100 and stores them to a storage device. The image provisioning device 200 receives information for identifying a vehicle 101 of a user input into each information input device 300 by the user and a condition of the image to be desired from the information input device 300. The image provisioning device 200 extracts the image in which a vehicle 101 of the user is photographed and is matched to the condition from the plurality of video image data stored in the storage device, and provides the image to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
