Abstract

To provide a stable composition containing at least one cationic polymer and at least two fatty acids, where the composition may contain at least one environmentally compatible component.SOLUTION: A composition contains (a) at least one cationic polymer, (b) at least one monovalent non-polymeric acid or a salt thereof, (c) water, and (d) at least two fatty acids, where the pH of the composition is less than 7.0, preferably 6.5 or less, more preferably 6.0 or less, even more preferably 5.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
