To resolve such a difficulty that a reference value of detection means is calculated during the movement of panning / tilting.SOLUTION: A blurring amount acquisition device includes: first acquisition means for acquiring a blurring detection result from blurring detection means which is provided at a rotation part 10 rotationally driven relative to a base 40 so as to detect blurring; second acquisition means for acquiring a drive speed of the rotation part 10; and reference value calculation means for calculating a reference value of the blurring detection means on the basis of the blurring detection result and the drive speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
