Abstract

To provide a plan support device, a plan support method, a terminal device, and a program that can appropriately support formulation of an introduction plan for air-conditioning equipment while taking into account performance of a building.SOLUTION: A plan support method comprises: a selection step of selecting an introduction candidate including a combination of a building material candidate to be introduced to a target property and an air-conditioning equipment candidate to be introduced to the target property; a building material cost calculation step of calculating a cost of the building material to be introduced selected in the selection step; an air conditioning initial cost calculation step of calculating an initial cost of the air conditioning equipment to be introduced selected in the selection step; an air conditioning operation cost calculation step of calculating an operating cost of the air conditioning equipment to be introduced selected in the selection step, executed for a plurality of introduction candidates. Further the method comprises an output step of outputting costs of building materials, initial costs of air-conditioning equipment, and operation costs of the air-conditioning equipment for a plurality of introduction candidates in a comparative manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
