Concrete structure repair mold apparatus

Abstract

To provide a concrete structure repair mold apparatus which improves working efficiency by easily executing the installation and removal of a mold body.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a concrete structure repair mold apparatus used for injecting a filler F into a defective part W formed on surfaces 2, 3 of a concrete structure C. The apparatus comprises: a mold body K provided with cover plates 10A, 10B joined to the surfaces having the defective part W to cover the defective part W and an injection port 20 provided at the cover plate 10A and injecting the filler F into the defective part W; and a pressing machine 40 pressing the cover plate 10A of the mold body K on the surface 2. The pressing machine 40 comprises: a suction pad 42 sucked on the surface 2 by the suction of air and detachable from the surface 2 by suction release; and a pressing member 50 provided at the suction pad 42 and abutted against the upper face of the cover plate 10A upon the suction of the suction pad 42 to press the cover plate 10A on the surface 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
