To provide an image formation device that suppresses information leakage in secure printing.SOLUTION: A print processing unit 31 transmits a pairing information request to a portable terminal device 2 to request pairing information, receives the pairing information from the portable terminal device 2, determines, on the basis of the pairing information, whether or not there is a wireless earphone 3 paired with the portable terminal device 2, transmits, when determining the existence of the wireless earphone 3 paired with the portable terminal device 2, authentication information to the portable terminal device 2 to be output as voice to a user by the wireless earphone 3, performs, when a user operation based on the authentication information is detected by an input device 11b, the authentication processing based on the detected user operation, and causes, when the authentication is successful in the authentication processing, a print device 23 to execute printing based on the secure print request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
